Utility bills that are not paid by 5 p.m. on the 15th of the month are classified as Past Due. In each case, a utility bill is not paid until payment has been received at the Utility Department in City Hall. If payment on a past due account has not been received in the Utility Department by 5 p.m. on the 25th of the month, an additional $50 administrative fee and an additional utility deposit, if applicable, will be assessed on the account, and it will be scheduled for disconnection on the next business day.
