The City of Harrisonville wants to be responsive to our residents’ needs and to provide services in an efficient and courteous manner. The purpose of this guide is to make it easier for you to contact the right office whenever you need city services. The information is arranged alphabetically by subject to make it easier to find the right person or number to call. Also included are referrals to community assistance organizations and other governmental agencies.

ADA Accommodations
Persons requiring accommodation at public meetings should contact City Administrator’s Office at 380-8916 at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting.

If your club or business would like to be involved in the Adopt-a-Street program, please call 380-8900.
Ambulance Service
Emergency ambulance service is provided for Harrisonville residents and the cities of Freeman, East Lynne, and Gunn City by the Harrisonville Emergency Medical Services Department. Customer service inquiries may be made at 380-8923.
Animal Bites
Bite reports are investigated and animals are confined for rabies observation period. For more information or to report an animal bite, contact the Harrisonville Police Department at 380-8940 or the Animal Control Shelter at 380-8961.
