As a 12-year veteran of the fitness industry, Shannon has a passion for helping people live full & active lives. She enjoys designing programming for beginners, as well as experienced fitness enthusiasts, that increases functional fitness. Shannon has specialized knowledge in nutrition coaching and concern for the unique needs of peri & post-menopausal women. She can help you on your journey to increase energy, lose weight, build strength & endurance, or simply enjoy being active once again

Shannon's goal as a personal trainer is to help others pursue whole-person wellness- increasing fitness, strength, and the ability to live full & active lives in every season of life


Rachelle MooreRachelle Moore

Rachelle began her fitness journey in 2014 as a very out of shape person. After completing and winning a 60-day weight loss challenge, Rachelle was hooked on fitness!

Over the years she has continued her fitness journey and in September of 2022 she started teaching group fitness classes at Harrisonville Community Center.  Her group class Total Toning is still going strong today.

Rachelle has been inspired by all who have stepped foot in her class, and it has been such an awesome experience to see people not only grow physically, but to grow in confidence as well.  Watching the confidence build in people when they accomplish a goal has been so inspiring.  Rachelle made the decision to become a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach in January 2025 and is looking forward to helping people learn and grow in their love for fitness.

Rachelle's goal as a trainer is to see people enjoy their fitness journey's  and to make fitness a lifestyle instead of something they dread.  I love seeing people accomplish things they never thought were possible.
